Try Archery:
A single Try Archery session is held prior to the beginners course. This is an opportunity to try out the sport without committing to a full beginners course. There is sufficient instruction and supervision for safety without getting into coaching.
Beginners Course:
Derbyshire Archery Club run a beginners course at the start of the Spring/Summer season. The intention of the course is to get beginners to a level where they can join other members in club activities. The six session course, held at Milford using club equipment, usually takes place in late April and May.
Following the success of the Try Archery session and subsequent Beginners Course held in May, there have been enquiries about further taster and beginners sessions. These will be scheduled depending on the number of requests.
